Ken DeLeon sold $275 million in homes in 2011. Ken works with the most successful venture capitalists, CEO’s and entrepreneurs in the Silicon Valley, which is enjoying a renaissance and rebound in both technology investing and home prices. Before following his passion for real estate and becoming a Broker 9 years ago, Ken practiced trademark and patent law at Silicon Valley’s largest law firm, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Ken received High Honors and several academic awards when graduating from law school at U.C. Berkeley’s School of Law.
Ken’s expertise in negotiations was honed during his years as an attorney and by taking several classes in negotiation in law school. While an undergraduate, Ken majored in Mathematics-Economics and focused on econometric modeling to forecast future trends, a skill which he still utilizes to analyze and dissect real estate pricing, trends and outlooks for the San Francisco Bay Area market. Ken’s background allows him to offer much more analysis and insight into real estate pricing and is invaluable in determining the potential future appreciation of a home and neighborhood and how to negotiate the best deal possible.
Ken loves his job and seeks to constantly evolve and grow while overcoming any challenges he faces in real estate or life. Ken has recently beaten cancer, recovered from being hit by a drugged driver going 45 mph while walking with his father on the sidewalk, and happily conveys the life lessons he has learned in his nearly complete memoirs, Why Do Bad Things Happen to Sexy People?
Ken believes in the future appreciation of Silicon Valley real estate and owns multiple investment properties in Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Mountain View. Ken lives in Palo Alto with his 4 children.
